At the Literature House in Munich every venue finds its compatible ambient. On the ground floor of the building, used in the 19th century as a marketplace, the West side room accommodates exhibits and special occasion events. On the East side, facing Kardinal-Faulhaber-Street, you will find a generous coffee house and restaurant with a terrace. The 1st and 2nd floors house various institutions which engage in projects centered around the publishing and media industries. The 3rd floor marks the atmospheric climax of the building: a spacious and modernly-equipped conference floor with a truly extraordinary view overlooking the splendid architecture of the Theatiner Chapel and the rooftops of the city. Three conference rooms and a foyer provide a setting for both large and small events, conferences, seminars, readings, concerts and receptions.
